Current indirect lingual bracket bonding and archwire forming procedures are typically performed in a laboratory, often with high fees and long delivery times. Digital technology has created a trend toward the in-office fabrication of orthodontic appliances. We have implemented a new clinical technique for in-office indirect lingual bracket positioning and lingual straight archwire forming using Autolign orthodontic software (Diorco, Korea) with >24 months of clinical testing and more than 30 debonded patients.
