Description
Summary:The green and blue corridors policy, implemented in France with the Grenelle Environment Act of 2007 and then inscribed in the law of 2010, corresponds to a territorial development policy based on reconstitution and the reconnection of ecological continuities for the preservation of biodiversity. The green and blue corridors becomes a tool of ecological development of the territories which is articulated with the other environmental policies but also with the planning documents which integrate the stakes of biodiversity in the projects of territorial development. The example of the Hauts-de-France and more particularly the Pays d’Artois illustrates the regional and local variation of the green and blue corridors with many projects carried out at the intercommunal level.
