The Challenges in Development of Nickel-Based Heat-Resistant Superalloys for Gas Turbine Disks and Creation of a New Superalloy with Increased Operational Characteristics
The report presents the results of works on creation of new disk superalloy with ultimate tensile strength σB20 exceeding 1700 MPa, satisfactory ductility and high level of heat resistance – its creep rupture strength is σ100650≈1235 MPa. By the obtained properties, the superalloy is superior to all...

Summary: | The report presents the results of works on creation of new disk superalloy with ultimate tensile strength σB20 exceeding 1700 MPa, satisfactory ductility and high level of heat resistance – its creep rupture strength is σ100650≈1235 MPa. By the obtained properties, the superalloy is superior to all known domestic and foreign analogues.
The structure examination results have been given which prove the optimum morphology of strengthening γ'-phase precipitates, absence of deleterious phases and high structural stability. |
