Summary:Objective To investigate the effect of nibble debridement and dressing change technology in nursing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods Totally 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and observation group (n=20, and 2 cases lost to follow-up). The control group received basic treatment and routine debridement and dressing change, and the observation group received basic treatment and nibble debridement and dressing change technology. The wound area and pain degree were measured and compared between two groups. Results The averaged wound area and level of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0. 05). Based on the Gui Meifen’s thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing inheritance and Yanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, the nibble debridement and dressing change technology is effective to improve the wound healing of patient
