Providers of food to homeless and hungry people need more dairy, fruit, vegetable, and lean-meat items

Agencies that were members of a food bank that provided food pantry services to homeless and hungry people in Hawaii were surveyed to determine the foods offered. Data show that items from dairy, fruit, vegetable and low-fat food groups are in need.
