Summary:The purpose of this professional practice dissertation (PPD) is to create an annual program evaluation and provide Christian schools with effective practices for K-2 students for spiritual formation and biblical worldview. The evaluation process helps to identify areas of strength and growth that adhere to the school mission, Flourishing Faith Model, and Association of Christian Schools International standards to cultivate flourishing students, teachers, and leaders. The study is a qualitative action research design using appreciative inquiry. The data analyzed provide a summary of the recommendations and further action plan for effective practices for spiritual formation and biblical worldview in K-2 students. This PPD invites teachers and administration to review the action plan to improve the effectiveness of spiritual growth practices for K-2 students to flourish. An executive summary provides a concise outline of this PPD.
