Summary:The paper discusses the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on relay controlled IGBT switch in the DC link and relay controlled output inverter current. The working process of this system with and without IGBT in the DC link switch as well as the harmonic analysis of PMSM stator current were researched by using the mathematical model designed in Mathlab Simulink. The structure of mathematical model, functional charts and the simulation data are presented in this paper.
