Summary:In this work, the dependence of the volt-ampere characteristics for optical infrared materials of the AgBr-AgI system solid solutions is studied depending on the composition of the material and temperature in the range of 298-423 K. It is established that an increase in the iodine content for crystalline materials of AgBr-AgI systems leads to a decrease in electrical conductivity.
