Molecular Cloning of Chortoglyphus arcuatus Allergens

Sera containing specific IgE to CA were pooled (n=8) and used to screen a high titer (>=109 pfu/ml) CA cDNA expression library (average insert size 1.86 kb). cDNA clones were screened by plaque immunoassay using IgE ab.
