Summary:The paper deals with an important problems of improving the devices for automatic control of a railroad sorting hill yard. A method for controlling the automation of the operation of the wagon lifting retarder mechanism and its development and modernization is proposed. The railway hump yard is illuminated by a control device that automatically slows down and stops the circuit breakers based on their weight through the wagon bouncer mechanism based on the automated microprocessor control system method, by modeling and microprocessor control method, the method of monitoring and controlling the mechanism for decelerating a car on a sorting hill is being improved. A graph of the dependence of the braking time of the wagon on the mass of the wagon is constructed and telemechanics in a state of ensuring the safety of movement of sorting humps at railway sorting hill yards.
