Summary: | This study was designed to clean the lawn field in an easier, faster, safer and more cost-effective way. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of a low cost and user-friendly remotely controlled lawn mower via an Android mobile application using a smartphone. This robot is operated through the \mathrm{Wi}-\mathrm{Fi} module process. The robot has the heart of the NODEMCU controller, which is connected to the android application. The device has the following hardware such as NODE-MCU microcontroller, Wi-Fi module, two 12volt wiper motors as wheels, switch and two 12-volt 7 Ampere rechargeable lithium-ion battery that are connected in series. The device can be used using Android phone with installed Grass Cutter App. In controlling the lawn mower, Wi-Fi connection is used. The maximum distance of \mathrm{Wi}-\mathrm{Fi} is up to 152 meters or 500 feet. |
