Summary: | Negative switched converter (NSC) topology is designed by selecting different arbitrary values to generate maximum negative voltage ratios. NSC can deliver better performance and better switch utilization compared to inductor based negative voltage ratios converter. NSC is designed to perform in dual configuration such as by improving the voltage levels and decreasing the voltage levels using multi phase control techniques. NSC generates 15 different negative voltage ratios using 12 switches and 3 capacitors. The testing model is designed for low voltage rating (0.1 V to 1 V) as input and the output voltage vary from −100 mV to −0.5 V. The designed NSC gives more efficiency and low losses. |
