Description
Summary:The electrochemical properties of the BMIMBF 4 ionic liquid in a PVDF-co-HFP polymer matrix are studied. The issues related to aqueous and non-aqueous electrolytes and the advantages of solid-state electrolytes and ionic liquids are discussed. The method for producing a polymer electrolyte based on PVDF-co-HFP with an introduction of BMIMBF 4 and LiBF 4 is described. The techniques for preparing and analyzing the samples using NMR spectroscopy, impedance spectroscopy, DSC analysis, etc. are detailed. The CV results and impedance data of BMIMBF 4 are presented and discussed, which indicate a high electrochemical stability. The temperature curves of the polymer electrolyte conductivity are presented, and the activation energy of ion transfer is calculated.
