Summary: | Ganglioneuromas are rare benign neurogenic tumors of the sympathetic nervous system. Its presence in the neck is relatively rare, characterized by a slow growing mass, usually asymptomatic. Its imaging findings are nonspecific and its diagnosis usually requires surgical biopsy. The treatment of choice is surgical removal.
