Summary:Sensor device multifunctional temperature/humidity sensitive thick-film structures based on spinel-type semiconducting and insulating ceramics of different chemical composition Cu 1 Ni 1 Co 16 Mn 12 O 4 (with p + -type of electrical conductivity), Cu 01 Ni 08 Co 02 Mn 19 O 4 (with p-type of electrical conductivity) and magnesium aluminate i-type MgAl 2 O 4 ceramics were fabricated and investigated. These sensor elements are shown to be successfully applied for integrated environmental sensors.
