Excitation of Quasioptical Resonator with Coupled Parallel-Plane Waveguides on a Mirror by Gunn Diode
A novel quasioptical resonator systan for solid state oscillators suitable for near-millimeter weves range is proposed. Q-factor of the cavity about 104 wes achieved. Effective excitation of the proposed resonator system by Gunn diode was obtained. A power combining of two diodes has been realized.
