76-1: Invited Paper: CAAC-IGZO Technology

We have developed a LCD with the ultra‐high pixel density of over 1000ppi utilizing a novel transparent contact technology and a Top‐gate IGZO TFT device with high mobility. We propose other applications which can be achieved only by IGZO technology.
