Description
Summary:Recently, the number of falling-down accidents of older people is increasing in Japanese society. Specifying the unstable motion element of such motion is a crucial problem. In this study, we analyzed the human sit-to-stand movement and suggested the control model of human motion reconstructing the motion-captured data's dynamics-the trajectory of the center of gravity. We confirmed that there are three motion modes in sit-to-stand movement. During the transit state between the coordinated states of the starting and the finishing, the center of gravity trajectory is crucial to stabilize the movement. To the results, we identified the motion element of the sit-to-stand motion and evaluated the stability of the human sit-to-stand motion.
