Description
Summary:Food spoilage is one of the major causes of food wastage. During any stage of food supply chain food gets spoiled. The food being prepared on a large scale must be monitored to provide good quality food to the end user. Food monitoring can be done with the help of various sensors such as temperature, humidity, and gas sensors. The collected data is then sent to the cloud platform, where the data is compared against existing threshold values. The food spoilage determination process takes place here. If the food is found to be spoiled, then, using If This Then That mechanism which generates an alert mail that is sent to the user. The mail contains the details of food spoilage determination.
