Description
Summary:The effect of thiophosphamide on the proliferative activity of 16 different human tumors was studied. The most universal primary cellular mechanism of the drug action is to block cells in the premitotic phase of the cell cycle. The coefficient of thiophosphamide activity in diffusion chambers was shown to correlate with the known clinical efficacy of the drug in various tumor types.
