Description
Summary:Summary form only given. Films of totrathyotetracene (TTT) iodides obtained by doping of evaporated TTT films by iodine from I- containing solutions. TTT was evaporated onto conducting substrate which was used as anode in KI solution. As a result of electrochemical reaction, iodine penetrated into TTT film forming conducting TTT iodides. Cyclic voltammograms show at least two stable forms TTT-Ix, differing by iodine contents. Infrared spectra confirm forming of conducting iodides of different composition.
