Description
Summary:Ultraviolet irradiation of autoblood in patients with suppurative diseases of soft tissues increased the titer of specific antibacterial antibodies and the number of antibody-producing cells (APC), which was the most expressed in cases when the erythrocytes and leukocytes were exposed separately. Study of the count of APC during UV exposure showed it to increase 6-8 h after the procedure.
