Summary:Using data recorded by the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we report evidence for two new charmed baryons, one decaying into [Xi][sup +][sub c][pi][sup +][pi][sup [minus]] via an intermediate [Xi][sup *0][sub c] and its isospin partner decaying into [Xi][sup 0][sub c][pi][sup +][pi][sup [minus]] via an intermediate [Xi][sup *+][sub c] . We measure the mass differences of the two states to be M([Xi][sup +][sub c][pi][sup +][pi][sup [minus]])[minus]M([Xi][sup +][sub c]) =348.6[plus minus]0.6[plus minus]1.0 thinspthinspMeV, and M([Xi][sup 0][sub c][pi][sup +][pi][sup [minus]])[minus]M([Xi][sup 0][sub c]) =347.2[plus minus]0.7[plus minus]2.0 thinspthinspMeV. We interpret these new states as the J[sup P]= ( 3) /(2) [sup [minus] ] [Xi][sub c1] particles, the charmed-strange analogs of the [Lambda][sup +][sub c1](2625) .
