Summary:A 53 years old woman who underwent surgery because of breast cancer, receiving chemotherapy, admitted to the hospital with fever and asthenia, raised levels of Ca15.3 and progressive deterioration of liver function without obvious cause, dying two weeks after she was admitted. Mujer de 53 años intervenida de neoplasia de mama y en tratamiento quimioterápico que presenta cuadro de fiebre y astenia, elevación de Ca15.3 y deterioro progresivo de la función hepática sin causa evidente, falleciendo a las dos semanas del ingreso.
