Summary:The results of surgical treatment, performed in 1028 patients, suffering chronic hemorrhoids (CHH) stages I-IV, are presented. The patients were divided on three groups in accordance to the disease stage. Comparison of the treatment results was conducted in groups of the patients in accordance to the intervention methods used. Basing on the obtained results analysis, the diagnostic-treatment algorithm was elaborated for differentiated approach to surgical treatment in patients, suffering CHH.
