Summary:	One of the biggest problems in the food cycle is the food waste. Most of developing country has more share of losses that normally occurs started from the farm to the customer. Furthermore, solar energy become known widely for food preservation. It is one of the first application since the beginning of the manhood beside for the construction and cloths. Although microorganism problems normally occur because of the lack of storage system management, sun drying method is still universally used [1]-[3].
