Description
Summary:The Martius bulbocavernosus flap has been used frequently in the repair of various vaginal fistulas. It can also be a useful source for the construction of a neovagina if used in the appropriate patient. We present a case of a patient who underwent a total pelvic exenteration for recurrent cervical cancer. For her neovagina, a novel variation of the Martius flap was constructed. In carefully selected patients, this can be a useful option for neovagina reconstruction.
