Livestock: Adaptation all round
Although livestock keeping is partly responsible for the greenhouse effect, it will be less affected than agriculture by climate change, except in arid areas. The challenge is to limit its impact on the environment while satisfying the growing demand for its products (meat, milk and eggs).
