Equilibrium Data for Poly(propylene glycol) + Sucrose + Water and Poly(propylene Glycol) + Fructose + Water Systems from (15 to 45) °C
Liquid−liquid equilibrium data for aqueous two-phase systems formed by poly(propylene glycol) + sucrose and poly(propylene glycol) + fructose were measured from (15 to 45) °C and (15 to 25) °C, respectively. Summary: | Liquid−liquid equilibrium data for aqueous two-phase systems formed by poly(propylene glycol) + sucrose and poly(propylene glycol) + fructose were measured from (15 to 45) °C and (15 to 25) °C, respectively. The influence of temperature on the behavior of these systems was also analyzed. A rise in temperature normally led to an increase of the slope of the tie line, decreasing the quantity of carbohydrate necessary for phase separation and increasing the biphasic area. |
