Mobile Spectroradiometer Complex for Remote Sensing of Ozone of the Middle Atmosphere

We have developed and manufactured a new mobile small-size ozone meter with a wide reception band in the range 110.4–111.2 GHz, a digital method for analyzing the spectrum of the natural atmospheric radiation, and a unique system for calibrating the measured signal by the electrically internal contr...

Description
Summary:We have developed and manufactured a new mobile small-size ozone meter with a wide reception band in the range 110.4–111.2 GHz, a digital method for analyzing the spectrum of the natural atmospheric radiation, and a unique system for calibrating the measured signal by the electrically internal controlled standard. It is shown that using the statistical (Bayesian) approach for solving the ill-posed inverse problem, one can satisfactorily retrieve the vertical profile of ozone number density in the altitude range 20–75 km.
