Summary:This paper presents a new method of 150 operating mode in 3-phase bridge inverter for induction motor application. The performance of this control strategy is compared with other conduction modes applying to induction motor. The transient response of induction motor drive is also modeled in this paper. The induction motor with inverter is designed in the Matlab software. The performance of stator and rotor currents, speed and torque of simulation model is checked under steady state and dynamic conditions. The results of induction motor under steady state and dynamic conditions show optimum results when it is controlled with 150 degree mode of operation.
