Description
Summary:The recombinant human interferon gamma (rhIFN- gamma ) that is produced in E. coli by a method based on recombinant DNA technology, increases macrophage cytotoxicity. In this study to evaluate the structural characterization of rhIFN- gamma , considered two conditions: fresh sample (4 degree C) and old sample (6 months in 25 degree C) of rhIFN- gamma . Fresh sample (4 degree C) and old sample (6 months in 25 degree C) analyzed by analytical methods for determination of biological activity and structural analysis (deamidated and oxidized, heterodimers, monomer and aggregates, covalent dimer and SDS-PAGE). The structural characterization of them was compared.
