Summary:Coronary cameral fistula, a rare acyanotic congenital or acquired anomaly that involves a large communication between one of the coronary arteries and a cardiac chamber, is the most important hemodynamically significant coronary artery abnormality. This case report is the first description of the combination of double coronary artery cameral fistulas associated with pulmonary hypertension and congestive heart failure and complicated by mitral and tricuspid regurgitation, patent foramen ovale, and chronic atrial fibrillation.
