Summary:Report nursing care applied to children submitted to endovascular repair of aortic coarctation.Descriptive, observational, case-report study, conducted in a Teaching Hospital in Recife, Brazil, in November 2015 with a sixyear-old aortic coarctation patient.treatment was performed via aortic angioplasty with stent implantation and was successful without complications. The main nursing diagnoses identified were anxiety, impaired skin integrity, fear, ineffective breathing pattern, risk of infection, risk of ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion and risk of nausea. a assistência de enfermagem foi realizada a partir da utilização do histórico, diagnóstico, intervenções e avaliação de enfermagem que são etapas da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem. Os cuidados prestados foram realizados de acordo com as etapas do pré, trans e pós-operatório.
