Cryosurgical Treatment of Dysplastic Lentigo of the Glans Penis
A lesion showing hyperplasia of atypical basal‐layer melanocytes on the glans penis was repeatedly frozen with 4‐mm margins repeatedly blistering the lesions. Fourteen months after therapy the patient remains free of apparent disease.
