Description
Summary:This paper presents the research and innovation with 200 teachers, Primary and Secondary Education Centers of El Salvador with an Action Research methodology, prompting reflection-training-design strategies and tools and implementation in a spiral process. The innovative action prompted the role change of teacher and student body aided by ICT contexts. During the internship we worked in different methodological strategies. The "project method" was selected by its ability to introduce diversity of research strategies, cooperatives strategies in the classroom, etc. and because it can changesthe teacher and the students role. The strategy is based on the needs of the context and students motivations. It gives meaning to the official curriculum, and it links learning to life, with the help of ICT.
