Summary:Technology is commonly used for disseminating the process of learning. E-Learning is one of the methods used in various fields of education, both formal and non-formal education. As for e-Learning in non-formal education or commercial online tutorial, which spreading in Indonesia. The online commercial has become crucial to aid Indonesian students in junior high or high school who sit on the 9th level of junior high school and 12 high schools. Business for the commercial online tutorial offering has many things that can attract students to use the application. So, this study is interested in determining factors that can influence the interest of student's junior and senior high schools to use commercial tutorials with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). For this study, the TAM model was extended with two external variables, Subjective Norms and Website Quality. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to junior and senior high school students who had used e-learning applications, and 251 data were obtained that could be used. Data were analyses using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). This study shows that the website quality influences the students' ease of use when using the commercial online tutorial. In addition, users' subjective norms affect users' usefulness and users' behavioural intention to use. Moreover, the students' ease of use and usefulness positively impacted the students' behavioural intention to use the commercial online tutorial.
