Summary:The article is dedicated to the solution of the issue of deviation estimation of standard time scales separated to the distance of several thousand kilometers. The key feature of the described algorithm is the use of signals of the domestic navigation system GLONASS. In order to ensure high accuracy and reliability of estimating the difference in the time scales of the standards the authors use Precise Point Positioning method. The advantage of the developed algorithm is the use of the results of phase measurements, high-precision ephemeris and parameters of instability of the onboard satellite clock, as well as precision models of factors influencing the pseudo-range measurements of factors. The results of estimating the deviation of the time scales of spatially separated standards were obtained with an error of 1 ns.
