Description
Summary:Control of switch mode dc-dc converters are done using different methods and always the demand is low cost and simple design which is required for most industrial and high performance applications. The main aim of this paper is to design a control system to control the dynamic behavior of the buck DC- DC converter. Average state space technique is used for modeling and state feedback controller is employed. The State Feedback controller(SFC) is designed with integer integrator and fractional integrator using Linear Quadratic Regulator(LQR) technique. Both the control structure are compared and the simulation results show that the effectiveness of the fractional controller.
