Summary: | We report a visual case, showing a pulmonary lesion on non-contrast CT with an appearance highly suggestive of pulmonary infarction, prompting the performance of a CT pulmonary angiography which demonstrated the presence of a pulmonary embolism in the arteries feeding the pulmonary area where the parenchymal lesion is located, confirming the initial diagnosis made on non-contrast CT. We highlight in this case the specificity of this lesion for pulmonary infarction. |
