Resolution of Submucosal Fibrosis in a Case of Fluticasone-Resistant Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Biopsy after low-dose swallowed fluticasone and selective elimination diet revealed marked eosinophils (>100 eos/HPF) and significant submucosal fibrosis (fibrosis score = 2).
