Summary:Hardware-in-loop simulation (HIL) is a kind of shock-proof model which can make the simulation system closer to the actual situation and obtain more accurate information. This paper takes complex system as the research object. By selecting the relevant hardware in the simulation loop of complex system, through the establishment of mathematical model and three-dimensional model, and running the dynamic characteristics of other object entities and the executive part of the system on the computer, a complete hardware-in-loop simulation model of complex system is formed. On this basis, the construction principle and operation principle of complex system are realized. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of hardware-in-loop (HIL) simulation technology in equipment simulation maintenance training, and to provide the research basis for the next step of intelligent diagnosis and health management of complex system fault, the research of complex fault mechanism is carried out by means of signal detection and monitoring, and the development of complex hardware simulation maintenance training simulator is carried out.
