Summary:	The article deals with the issues of the international transport system. Digitalization of the transport industry involves an automated process of managing cargo flows. In this regard, the authors propose the structure of the intelligent transport system of international transport from the point of view of ensuring the sustainable development of international multimodal transportation and improving the efficiency, safety and ecological compatibility of transport. This intelligent transport system allows us to automate the process of finding and making safe decisions to develop effective scenarios for managing the transport and logistics complex.
