Description
Summary:At present, quite a lot of experimental studies on the implementation of potentiometric methods for detecting the state of biological media have been performed, but for the first time the integration of biotechnological and medical-biological methods and sensorics was used to determine the complex functional state of health of the unified mother-child system by the parameters of the ionic composition of breast milk. The method of noninvasive diagnostics is developed, the essence of which consists in the application of an array of electrochemical sensors with sensitivity to the main significant components of the studied environment. The technical novelty of the development is due to the unique technological solution in the form of a miniature sensor unit. The new principle of forming a system of sensors in the form of a flow cell allows measurements to be made with a minimal amount of biological medium, which is critical for rapid diagnostics.
