Summary:Growing city-populations, difficulties in the context of service providing was well as ubiquitous infrastructures are major challenges administrations, municipalities and economical stakeholders have to face. Furthermore, companies and public agencies gather huge amounts of data which at best are used partially. The approach mentioned in this paper deals with the implementation of new service infrastructures and consequently with the development of innovative service offers. Within the scope of the approach, a center of excellence named "ubineum" has been established in order to provide data and specific offers for multiple sources enabling customers to create new forms of individually requested services on short notice.
