Summary: | Two rail-to-rail class-AB buffers with high driving capability and high speed are presented. One circuit uses two complementary differential flipped voltage follower (DFVF) transconductor circuits and other circuit uses two complementary differential flipped voltage follower transconductors with current sensing transistor. These proposed class-AB buffers are boosted by a pair of adaptive biasing circuit's using current sink and current source. The proposed buffers have exhibited high slew rate than the previous circuits. The circuits are implemented and the results analyzed using Cadence software in 0.18 μm CMOS technology. |
