Summary:ABSTRACT One patient with a history of trabeculectomy with Mitomicin C 0.02%, but no history of systemic disorders, exhibited unilateral corneal lipid infiltrates, together with deep stromal vascularization. She was treated with a bevacizumab injection and penetrating keratoplasty. No sign of recurrence was noted after one year post-operative.
