Summary:Micro-Abstract Data about Adult Acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment in South America population is scarce. 88 patients were treated with BFM86 modified or UCLA protocols. The median follow up was 49 months, the overall survival (OS) was 30.5%. Age less than 35y was associated to better OS and in young patients with no other adverse factor, BFM 86m treatment arm was superior.
