Summary:Cloud computing is experiencing high demand and is considered a valuable skill in today's market. Women leaders have played a significant role in shaping the cloud technology landscape. With evolving global culture, women are increasingly empowered to pursue their desired careers. The presence of women in cloud computing contributes to enhanced innovation and problem-solving capabilities. This article presents a comprehensive compilation of influential women who have made notable contributions to the field of cloud technology. It also includes statistical analysis highlighting the representation of women in prominent tech companies. Furthermore, this article aims to inspire women to consider pursuing careers in the cloud industry. To remain competitive in the ever-growing landscape of technology and innovation, cloud companies must actively recruit and retain women for the rapidly expanding technical roles. Although the current representation of women in IT companies is relatively low, there is a positive upward trend. Consequently, it is imperative for IT companies to prioritize the recruitment and retention of women for these high-growth tech positions. By promoting diversity and equity, organizations can bolster their overall performance.
