Influence of Il-4 on Prostaglandin and Leukotriene Metabolic Pathways

Changes in mRNA expression (quantitative PCR) of prostaglandin E2 synthase (PGES), cyclooxygenase (Cox)-2, LTC4S and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) and protein levels (ELISA) of PGE2 and Cox 2 were measured.
